Effective July 7, 2026
Cue is a read-later app made by Daniel Di Filippo: you save links, and Cue keeps them on your device (and, optionally, in your own iCloud) until you want them. Cue is provided free of charge.
Everything you save in Cue is yours. We claim no rights over it, and — by design — we can't even see it. You are responsible for what you save and for respecting the rights of the sites you link to.
Saved links open third-party websites and apps. Those are governed by their own terms and policies, not ours.
Cue is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app — please use Export for anything you can't afford to lose.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. Continuing to use Cue after a change means you accept it.
